With respect to Listing Rule 9.6.14 the Company announces that Alastair Lyons, the Company's non-executive Chairman, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Glas Cymru Holdings Cyf, the owner of water company, Dwr Cymru (Welsh Water) with effect from 1 May 2016 and will take over as Chairman of Glas Cymru Holdings with effect from 8 July 2016.
