Admiral Group PLC : Directorate change
Following receipt of regulatory approval, the Board of Admiral is pleased to announce the appointment of Justine Roberts as an independent non-executive director with effect from 17 June 2016.
Justine Roberts is the CEO and co-founder of internet company, Mumsnet.com, which has grown into the UK's biggest online network for parents. Justine has been responsible for the creation, strategic direction and overall management of Mumsnet, building it into one of the most recognisable internet brands in the UK.
Alastair Lyons, Admiral Group Chairman, said: "I am delighted to have someone joining the Admiral Board as a non-executive director with Justine's experience in interacting with consumers across social media."
There is no further information which would require disclosure under 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
