Notification is given that following the announcement that Penny James is to be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Direct Line Insurance Group plc; Penny will step down as a Non-Executive Director of Admiral Group plc with effect from 8 September 2017. Admiral Group Chairman, Annette Court said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Penny for the valuable contribution she has made since she joined the Admiral Board in January 2015 and wish her well."
