The Company has been notified that on 11 March 2016, Alastair Lyons, Admiral Group Chairman, sold 15,000 Admiral Group Plc ordinary shares by public exchange at a price of £19.25 per share.

Alastair Lyons and Family now hold a total of 282,152 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc.
