This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under DTR 3.1.2.

On 11 October 2012, the following individuals were awarded shares under the Group's Discretionary Free Share Scheme:

-           Geraint Jones (Chief Financial Officer); 
-           Kevin Chidwick (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's US direct insurance business, Elephant Auto), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc;
-           Milena Mondini (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's Italian direct insurance   business, ConTe.it), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc;
-           Cristina Nestares (Head of Motor UK), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc;

100% of the award for Kevin Chidwick and 50% of the awards for Geraint Jones, Milena Mondini and Cristina Nestares were subject to Group Performance conditions from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014. The performance conditions applied resulted in 69.7% of the shares subject to performance conditions vesting.

-           Geraint Jones was awarded 16,000 shares, of which 13,573 have vested. 6,380 shares were sold on 12 October 2015 at £15.42 and 7,193 have been retained. Geraint Jones, and his wife Karen Jones, now hold a total of 50,260 ordinary shares in Admiral Group;
-           Kevin Chidwick was awarded 52,250 shares, of which 36,402 have vested. 27,302 shares were sold on 12 October 2015 at £15.42 and 9,100 have been retained. Kevin Chidwick and family now hold a total of 110,277 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc;
-           Milena Mondini was awarded 12,000 shares, of which 10,180 have vested. 4,785 were sold on 12 October 2015 at £15.42 and 5,395 have been retained.  Milena Mondini, and her husband, Gabriele Fattorelli, hold a total of 19,315 ordinary shares in Admiral Group;
-              Cristina Nestares was awarded 25,000 shares, of which 21,208 have vested. 9,968 were sold on 12 October 2015 at £15.42 and 11,240 have been retained. Cristina Nestares now holds a total of 31,632 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
