This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under DTR 3.1.2.

On 5 September 2014 Geraint Jones (Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer) and Kevin Chidwick (Chief Executive Officer of the Group's US direct insurance business, Elephant Auto), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group, were each awarded 114 shares under the Admiral Group Approved Share Incentive Plan at a strike price of £13.064.   

Geraint Jones and family now hold a total of 42,524 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc;

Kevin Chidwick and family now hold a total of 98,458 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc.
