The company was notified on 12 November 2013 that, on 11 November 2013, Geraint Jones (Deputy Chief Financial Officer), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc, sold 2,000 shares in Admiral Group plc at a price of £12.73.

Geraint Jones, and his wife Karen Jones, now hold a total of 32,682 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
