In accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.1.2.of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, notification is given that on 2 September 2013 the Finance Director, Kevin Chidwick, was awarded 116 shares under the Admiral Group Approved Share Incentive Plan at a strike price of £12.824.    

Kevin Chidwick and Family Holdings now total 84,154 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc.
