This disclosure relates to transactions of which notification is required under paragraph 3.1.2 of the Disclosure Rules.

On 13 April 2009, Admiral Group Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Chidwick, was awarded 45,009 shares in the Senior Executive Restricted Share Plan. The award was subject to Group performance conditions from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2011 and 100% of the award vested on 13 April 2012. 34,207 shares have since been sold at £11.79 and 10,802 shares have been retained.

Kevin Chidwick and Family Holdings now total 83,800 ordinary shares in Admiral Group Plc.
