Admiral is the UK’s 4th Best Workplace for Women™ for 2025
Our UK business, Admiral, has been named the 4th Best Workplace for Women™ in 2025 by Great Place To Work® UK. This latest recognition means that Admiral has featured in the top 10 each year since the list started in 2019.
The 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list is made up of employers whose people have told Great Place To Work® UK they work for a place that is inclusive and equitable for all. And Admiral’s people promise Where You Can really comes through in the Great Place to Work® feedback shared by its colleagues, with some highlights including:
• 95% feel that Admiral is a diverse and inclusive employer
• 96% feel that people at Admiral are treated fairly regardless of their gender
Responses specifically from women at Admiral also highlighted that:
• 90% feel proud to tell others they work at Admiral
• 90% feel that Admiral is a brand they feel proud to work for
Its dedicated Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team and Gender Colleague Working Group champion gender equality throughout the business through awareness events and internal forums. It’s also been recognised as an Endometriosis Friendly Employer and sets out clear menopause policies for women.
