Recognising Excellence: Governance and Responsible AI at Admiral Group

We’re constantly evolving to meet the needs of our growing customer base. Our robust governance practices remain key to ensuring that we maintain high standards and retain our established values across the Group so we continue to deliver long-term sustainable growth.
We are really proud that the work that our teams do to support this is being recognised externally. This month, both our Group Company Secretary team and Responsible AI and Data team have been acknowledged for their outstanding efforts to keeping our business and customers safe.
Our Group Company Secretary team picked up the Team of the Year at the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland awards. These awards recognise organisations and teams for their excellence rewards the work and achievements of companies, teams and individuals from across the governance profession for their excellence. Our team were celebrated for the way that they are blending legal expertise, innovation, and integrating AI into board operations, and their passion.
Our Responsible AI and Data team were Highly Commended at the DataIQ awards for the way that they ensure that AI is used responsibly across the Group as we work to enhance our customer proposition.
As with so many of our teams, our Group Company Secretary and Responsible AI and Data teams are not customer-facing but they retain a customer-centric approach which is key to us delivering good outcomes for our customers and other stakeholders.
