Background and experience
Emma Huntington was appointed CEO of Admiral Pioneer, the Group’s venture building business in March 2020.
Emma joined the Group from Nationwide Building Society where she was the Director of Innovation and Venturing and led the business’ corporate venture fund.
Between 2015 and 2017 Emma was a Managing Director at Zurich Insurance. Prior to that Emma spent 12 years in Australia leading customer, digital and data led strategies and launching new digital business models in financial services. She also worked as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton advising on growth strategies for clients in the financial services, telecommunication and energy sectors.
Emma has a Masters in Chemistry from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the University of New South Wales.
