In September, motor claims teams from across the Group came together for our International Motor Claims Forum. The Forum was established to support our motor claims teams to build and strengthen relationships across our markets.

We insure more than two million homes in the UK and see the devasting impact that floods can have on our customers lives day in and day out.

Our UK Pet insurance business covers over 200,000 furry friends and our colleagues do a great job at helping customers to look after their pets. The business has launched its ‘Pawsitive Vibes’ campaign to celebrate the powerful connection between pet owners and their pets.
